This Is What Members of the LGBTQ Community Deal With in the Workplace

HelloFlo readers, let me introduce you to a super cool, super informative human being, Ashley Mardell. Mardell makes YouTube videos (often with her adorable fiancée, Grace) about everything queer from sexuality to gender to loving Hannah Hart.

This week, she put out a really important video on being LGBTQ in the workplace. Unfortunately, we live in a society that tells us we’re supposed to wear certain clothes (especially to work and interviews) based on our assigned gender (which is absolutely ridiculous; I for one love a lady in a bowtie).
