OkCupid Now Allows Users to Choose a Polyamorous Option

The dating website OkCupid is moving into the modern age with the polyamorous option on their website. According to the data collected, monogamy is not necessarily a preference for many people, and polygamous relationships are on the rise on OkCupid.

When I went to the website, I was pleased to discover that not only was there a poly option for relationship status, but there was also a large number of options for people to choose when describing their sexual orientation, including asexual, bisexual, gay, demisexual and a breadth of others.

This dating site evolution could change how we view relationships in real life, too. It’s nice to see that OkCupid is allowing people to have more freedom when it comes to describing how they identify themselves and what sorts of relationships they’re looking for.
