Samantha Bee Made Her Debut as the Only Female Late Night TV Host

Not only is Bee the only woman in late night, but she’s making a splash and one of the funniest and sharpest voices out there.

In her premiere episode, Bee featured a press conference in which she answered facetious questions addressing her womanhood: “Is it hard breaking into the boys club?” and “ What’s it like to be a female woman?” Well, breaking in doesn’t seem to hard for Bee. She seeks to solve Hollywood’s diversity problem simply by hiring a writing staff with an equal number of men and women. She also seeks to solve it by simply being really, really good. The premiere of Full Frontal was met with praise from critics and audiences alike.
