There’s absolutely no reason to hide your tampon in your sleeve on the way to the bathroom, said actress Hilary Duff. “I always hide my tampon on the plane. Don’t you when you are walking to the plane bathroom? And you’re trying to shove the tampon in your shirt sleeve? And you’re like, ‘everyone is going to know.’ Why do we care? This is a natural thing,” she said in a discussion with Sleeplessmom.com founder Jessica Hall.
