What is Helloflo?

Helloflo is a monthly subscriptions service for your period. We send you what you need, right when you need it.

When will I get my first shipment?

You will receive your shipment 3-7 days before your next period.

Is shipping Included?

Standard shipping is included in all our subscriptions. There is a $5 shipping & handling charge for the Period Starter Kit and Gift boxes.

What if I don't remember the first day of my last period?

Don't worry, just get as close as possible. After you get your first box, you can log on and adjust dates.

What's in the box?

Expect to receive tampons as well as some back up protection like pads and pantiliners. We'll also be sending some fun and tasty treats as a pick-me-up.

Is the box discreet?

Absolutely. Feel free to get it sent to your office.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

If you would like to put your account on hold, just log onto the site and pause the subscription. To cancel your account, email us at support@helloflo.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Can I switch plans?

Of course. Just log on and let us know which plan you'd like.

Can I add, subtract or change products?

Initially, you'll need to select from the plan that best suits you. Down the road we hope to add some more customization.

When will my credit card be charged?

For monthly plans and the Period Starter Kit, your card will be charged each time we put a shipment in the mail to you. For multi-month plans, you will be charged at time of purchase.

I want this for my daughter but she hasn't gotten her period yet. How can I use Helloflo?

We offer a Period Starter Kit that is appropriate for pre-pubescent girls.

Can I send this as a gift?

Of course. Just make sure the shipping address goes to your designated recipient. At this point we are unable to include a gift message in the box.

Where do you ship?

Currently we are available in the US excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska.
